Gorilla
Sculpt the gorilla and use the Sculpting Tool to add eyes and other details. While the paint is still wet, sprinkle on Fun Fur for a fuzzy, furry effect!
Bee
Use Sculpting Clay to make this cute little bee. Give it lots of character and paint it with Project Paints when the clay is dry. Wrap Project Wire around a pencil or other thin object to make the bee’s antennae.
Blue Heron
Use Sculpting Clay to sculpt the herons. Use the Sculpting Tool to add eyes and feathers. To make legs, bend one piece of Project Wire in half, resting the halves very close to each other. Fork the bottoms for the feet. Add Project Glue at the feet (to give it a webbed appearance) and up the legs. This adds mass to the legs. Make a hole for the legs and glue them in with Project Glue.
Cell Parts
Sculpt cell parts from Sculpting Clay. Use the Sculpting Tool to make holes and indentations. Use Project Paints to add color and detail.
Clownfish
This fish is really easy to sculpt with Sculpting Clay. When dry, use Project Paints to add the bright white and orange. Don’t forget to add the slightest lines of black on the ends of the fins and give it eyes!
Coral
Make coral by pushing the Sculpting Clay through a screen or a garlic press (make sure to ask Mom first!). Use the Sculpting Tool to open up each tube. When dry, use Project Paints to add color and detail!
Submerged Dinosaur
Sculpt only the parts of a dinosaur that will be above water. Set the parts on a painted water area. Brush Realistic Water around the dinosaur. He will appear to be swimming in the water.
Dogwood Branch
You can make beautiful flowers with thin petals made from Sculpting Clay. Paint with Project Paints. Add the flower to a twig from your yard.
Eagle In Flight
Sculpt the eagle with Sculpting Clay. Be sure to give him wicked talons! Use the Sculpting Tool to make lines for feathers and eye details. When the sculpture is dry, paint with Project Paints.
Elephant
Elephants are really easy to sculpt, but remember to add lots of wrinkles to their flesh! Use the sculpting tool to make the eyes, the mouth, and the three toes and sculpt the snout at the end of the trunk. When the elephant is dry, add Project Paints. If the elephant has been taking a mud bath, add some brown paint!
Dolphin
Sculpt a dolphin with Sculpting Clay by starting with a long tube. Pinch and pull a top fin and a tail from the tube. Make the rounded snoot. Next make thin tubes and flatten them for the flippers. Use the Sculpting Tool to create details, like the eyes, the indentation above the nose and the mouth. When the clay is dry, paint the dolphin.
Flag with Seal
Roll Sculpting Clay very flat and thin. Cut out a rectangle and set it over some pencils to dry (this adds waves to the flag). Now, roll a thin pole for the flag. When dry, paint the flag your choice of colors. Find a seal and print it out. Add this seal to the flag! Use some string for the flag’s rope.
Pink Flamingo
Sculpt the flamingo shape from Sculpting Clay and use the Sculpting Tool to make the details, such as the eyes and the feathers. Paint the flamingo a pretty pink color!
Giraffe
Referring to a photo of a giraffe, sculpt your giraffe with Sculpting Clay (only sculpt the parts that you will see, to save your clay for other uses). Don’t forget to give your giraffe his ears and the little “horn-like thingies” on its head (these are called ossicones). Use the Sculpting Tool to make the short mane and the giraffe’s eyes, nose and mouth. Use Project Paints to paint the spots (reticulated pattern) on the giraffe!
Heart
The outside of the heart was formed using Plaster Cloth. Use Sculpting Clay to sculpt the inside “arteries” for the heart, then paint the chambers and the outside of the heart.
Hippo
Sculpt the hippo using Sculpting Clay and use the Sculpting Tool to detail the hippo. When it dries, paint it with Project Paints. If you want to submerge the hippo in water, only sculpt the part that will be outside the water. Paint the hippo, then glue it to the diorama. When dry, add products from the Ripplin’ Water Kit to make the hippo look like he’s in water.
Hippo Submerged
Sculpt the hippo using Sculpting Clay and use the Sculpting Tool to detail the hippo. When it dries, paint it with Project Paints. If you want to submerge the hippo in water, only sculpt the part that will be outside the water. Paint the hippo, then glue it to the diorama. When dry, add products from the Ripplin’ Water Kit to make the hippo look like he’s in water.
Jack Climbing the Beanstalk
Sculpt two tube shapes to make the large beanstalk vine, tapering each at the end. Intertwine the vines. Flatten some clay and cut out leaves, then add them to the vine. Use the Sculpting Tool to add detail to the leaves and then let the whole assembly dry. Sculpt “Jack” in a climbing position. When both sculptures are dry, paint with Project Paints. Glue Jack to the vine.
Book Sculpture
Flatten some clay and cut it out in the shape of the book. Flatten more clay, very thin and add “pages” on top of the book. When dry, paint the pages white, then when that is dry, paint the words and pictures on the white pages.
The Giant
Make the giant that chases Jack down the beanstalk. To make him appear to be reaching through the clouds, sculpt the giant in two pieces. After you have painted him, and the paint is dry, put his body on top of the display and his arm underneath the display. Add some Puffy Clouds to the scene.
Jack's House
Use Sculpting Clay to make Jack’s house. Don’t forget to add shrubs around the outside. When dry, use Project Paints to paint the sculpture.
Monkey Buddies
Use Sculpting Clay to make figures and animals. Use the Sculpting Tool to add details such as the eyes, mouth and fingers and toes. When the clay dries, use Project Paints to paint them. Brush on Project Glue where you want fur and then sprinkle on the Fun Fur!
Pterodactyl
Use Sculpting Clay to sculpt the pterosaur, pulling and pinching the wings and head. Use the Sculpting Tool to add details. When dry, paint your creature with Project Paints to add dimension and realism.
Python
Snakes are the easiest to make! Roll a long, slender snake shape. Shape the head and let the clay dry. Use the Sculpting Tool to add the eyes, nose and mouth. Use Project Paints to add natural colors of your snake.
Parrot
Make the body of the parrot using Sculpting Clay. Pinch and pull out the beak and tail. Make two small tubes of clay and flatten them for the wings. Shape them, then attach the wings to the bird. Use the Sculpting tool to make wings with feathers. Use Project Paints to add eyes and define the beak, wings and tail.
Shark
Form a long tube shape with Sculpting Clay. Pinch and pull the clay to form the rounded snout of the shark and the top fins and tail. Make two smaller tubes and flatten them for the flippers. Use the Sculpting Tool to make the eyes and the mouth.
Stingray
Use Sculpting Clay to make the body of the stingray. Pinch and pull the clay to form the “wings” and the tail. Use the Sculpting Tool to create eyes and other details. When dry, use Project Paints to make your stingray a realistic color.
Turtle
Use the Sculpting Clay to make turtles. Shape the shell and head. Roll small tubes and flatten them to make the flippers and sculpt the tail. Push them onto the body.
Yellow Blue Fish
Sculpt the fish with Sculpting Clay. Make a tube, then pinch and pull the top and bottom fin and tail from the tube. Roll two small tubes and flatten them for the front fins. Use the Sculpting Tool to make eyes and to add lines to the fins. When dry, use Project Paints to color the fish.
Dove
Sculpt the dove with Sculpting Clay and use the Sculpting Tool to detail the feathers on the wings and tail. Use Project Paints to color the eyes and the dove's beak. Suspend the dove on Project Wire!
Noah
Sculpt Noah with Sculpting Clay. Use tube shapes to make his arms and feet. Flatten two balls of clay and shape for his sandals. Use the Sculpting Tool to detail his toes, fingers and beard. Paint Noah and his clothes with Project Paints.
